Seasonal thoughts...

Living on the lake is awesome.  Joni and I have lived on Lake Scugog for 26 years. We brought up our daughter here and wouldn't change a thing.  Sunsets are incredible, lake breezes are great for sleeping, and we love canoeing, kayaking, and sailing.  Is it time for you to enjoy the waterfront lifestyle?  Call me, we can talk!

Luxury in the country!

This summer I have had the pleasure of working with the Langmaid Electric team to list their new, spectacular house in the waterfront community of Viewlake.  You can see the details in the "Featured Listing" section of this website.  This 3,200 square foot home is on a private lot on a quiet street and boasts an architecturally designed contemporary layout (joelgerberarchitect.com) handcrafted by Wes Langmaid and his professional team.  It is still early enough in the building process that you would get to choose your fixtures and finishings. With an anticipated late November closing, this would make an awesome family Christmas present (....Whoa, it's 34 degrees celsius, did I say Christmas?)

Chat soon,

Allan
